25.01.2022 It's summer in Australia, which means longer days spent outside, BBQ's with friends and family and swimming at the local pool or beach. However, it also means extreme heat on some days. Be prepared this summer, drink plenty of water, stay out of the sun especially in the heat of the day and do what you can to keep cool. #SurviveTheHeat
