It is also a favourite place for little hands to drop things, my son likes filling ours up with the decorative rocks from the garden!... 19.01.2022 After some investigation, we narrowed down the area to where this water leak was. It's always difficult when they are under concrete! After some jackhammering and digging, we found it! A repair and some concrete later it was as good as new.... If you get stuck with a leaking water pipe, give Mitch a call!

17.01.2022 This is a common sight for us when dealing with blocked drains. The old earthenware pipe cracks, moves and drops around the joints. This usually allows for roots to enter, but also creates a section of back-fall which causes a blockage. If you have slow, gurgling or blocked drains, give Mitch a call today!

11.01.2022 We recently got a call to a property that had a terrible sewer smell in the bathroom. After checking a few things that might be the cause, we climbed up into the roof space, to find a false ceiling below. In that false ceiling, we found an open sewer vent! The smell was just circulating back through the exhaust fan in the bathroom! After fixing the vent, the problem was solved, but what a doozy!...
