25.01.2022 When you find out there’s only 5 weeks until you can ditch the ergo for crew boats!! We couldn’t be more excited to dust off the big boats and be back with our rowing family #crewrowing #victorianlockdown #onweekendswewearfluro

23.01.2022 Being back at the NWSC the last two weeks has really brought it home to our members just how much this sport means to us. We’ve developed a renewed appreciation of our friendships, our crews and the amazing physical benefits of our sport. More than anything, we know we’re better together #onweekendswewearfluro

18.01.2022 After multiple delays due to COVID, this morning CRC had the pleasure of [finally] naming three boats. Our second single was named ‘Rafter’s Rocket’ in honour of David Rafter who generously donated the single to the club for the use of all members. David joined CRC after time at Bairnsdale RC and quickly became one of our most active club members. Rowing both in crew boats and in the single, David has medalled at state and national level in master’s competition. We are so happy to be able to recognise David’s achievements today and thank him for his incredibly generous donation to the club.

18.01.2022 We’re still jumping for joy one week after returning to crew rowing!

09.01.2022 We've got more to celebrate! In addition to our boat naming ceremony, we also had a spectacularly delayed presentation morning! CAPTAIN'S AWARD This year’s recipient of the captain’s award is Angelique Everett. Angelique was recognised as our most successful athlete of the season, medalling at multiple regattas, including in the women’s four at the Melbourne Head regatta and the women’s pair at the state championships. Angelique is known for her willingness to race in a range of boat classes with members of all abilities. We can't wait to see her take on the competition again in season 2020-2021! Congratulations Angelique!

09.01.2022 Tonight we’d like to give a big shout out to our CRC frontline workers. They’ve been working incredibly hard over the last six months to support our community and have still managed to keep their training going! A huge thank you to these legends #frontlineworkers #ppe #onweekendswewearfluro
