25.01.2022 At CARS & STARS Online, we value reading comprehension just as much as we value other areas of learning. STEM is no exception! As STEM has a more technical approach to texts, it may need a higher level of comprehension that may require further experience. As such, achieving a higher level of reading comprehension will make it increasingly easier for students to quickly understand concepts, which in turn can assist in their studies! What are your thoughts on this topic? ... http://ow.ly/2CVH50Bt8eW

20.01.2022 We’re proud to say that the CARS & STARS series has been mentioned in an interview with Sarah Asome, in the Learning Difficulties Australia bulletin! She mentions the program as a structured reading program that diagnoses gaps in student comprehension strategies and then guides teachers to instruct to the level of each student’s ability to improve literacy results, further adding that when looking over the Recent Progressive Achievement Test data, there was a significant n...umber of students at the lower achievement level. As you may have heard, CARS & STARS Online is the digital version of the CARS & STARS books, and is even cheaper while including all their features and much more! http://ow.ly/bYjB50Bt8df

12.01.2022 As a teacher, normally you would need to bring home a whole stack of papers after the teaching day and grade them before giving them back to your students. For students, it may take a while for them to receive their scores and any feedback to improve their skills which they may have forgotten about. That’s not the case with CARS & STARS Online. They can immediately receive feedback after they answer a multiple-choice question, so they won’t need to wait! This way, they’ll be able to execute new ideas faster and proceed to grow and learn. They will be able to go through things in their own time at their own speed.

03.01.2022 The internet is full of information that you need to sift through to find what you think is worthwhile. To be able to understand and think critically about what will benefit you is a skill that needs to be cultivated and enhanced so as to prevent being persuaded by any misleading or malicious information that may come up. At higher levels of reading comprehension, your children or students can understand more complex texts and analyse the true meanings behind them. http://ow.ly/Z52F50Bt8em

02.01.2022 DRAMA CLASS I love seeing my students perform and engage with an audience. Their little faces light up and they get to express themselves by acting out different scenarios and situations. It also teaches them empathy, and gets them thinking about a character I LOVE my Friday afternoon routine. My fiancé and I will do our groceries, then we like to come home, organise dinner and with a good glass of wine, snuggle up and watch either a favourite TV show or a movie. On the odd occasion I’ll also have a girl's night with my besties! A special thank you to @confidencepod for providing this story for us to share!
