23.01.2022 COVID-19 Update to our valued patients. To minimise the spread of COVID-19 and for the health and safety of our patients, community, staff and families we are currently on 'Level 3' restrictions. This means only essential treatment focused on management of dental and oral pain/infection and dental trauma. Routine and cosmetic/elective treatment including scale and cleans are prohibited as per AHPPC guidelines, the advice of the ADA and the Dental Board of Australia. We are a...cutely aware of our responsibility to reduce the spread and appreciate your understanding while we continually adjust to an ever-changing situation. Whilst our hours have dramatically reduced, our practice remains open. We have the highest levels of hygiene and infection control and have taken all appropriate additional measures required. We will endeavour to see our existing patients for emergency only treatment. We appreciate your understanding during these unprecedented times. Please, stay home where possible, stay safe and healthy and lets stop the spread. The Carseldine Dental Team.

19.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE Great News! Level 1 Restrictions announced on Saturday the 9th of May by the ADA and Dental Board essentially means we can now perform all dental treatment. This includes routine check up and cleans and elective treatments. We will of course still need to maintain appropriate social distancing in non-clinical areas and will continue to follow all additional protocols and infection control measures.... The Carseldine Dental Team.

10.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE *Relaxation of restrictions to level 2* This is great news and is a step towards normality, however as the goal posts keep moving we will endeavour to keep our valued patients updated.... Necessary treatment such as fillings and root canal treatments can now be performed in addition to treating emergency, however more routine treatment including check-ups and cleans may still need to be postponed. Although someone will be answering phones Monday to Friday, at this stage we will only be seeing patients 2-3 days per week for treatment. Of course, we will still continue to follow the highest level of infection control and other appropriate measures to protect our patients, ourselves, our families and our community. On a personal note, I am so proud of how we have all reacted as a community and a practice and how quickly we have adjusted. I would particularly like to thank everyone for how understanding and kind they have been despite all the changes and inconveniences caused. I would encourage anyone sitting on the fence to download and install the COVIDSafe App, if it helps control the spread, I'm all in. Thanks again and stay safe. Sam Cassaniti.
