24.01.2022 The most disgraceful piece of legislation in years. Draconian and simply the greatest breach of people’s / children’s human rights. This is a terrifying progression to the way our government is hacking away people’s rights whilst everyone is distracted by covid #humanrightswatch #disgracefulpoliticiansofaustralia #childrensrightsarehumanrights #childrenrightsactivist #ashamedtobeaustralianifthispasses #sneakylawsgettinginn

10.01.2022 JURY TRIAL UPDATES - Due to Yatala being in lockdown and recent covid concerns, jury trials will not commence this week

10.01.2022 BREAKING NEWS - Gel blasters have been declared a regulated imitation firearm in South Australia, forcing anyone in possession of one to obtain a firearms licence. You can be arrested and charged criminally if you possess one without a licence. These items have been easy to purchase up until today. The new regulations will come into force on Friday, with police estimating about 62,000 of the blasters are circulating in the SA community. They use compressed air to fire a projectile and often look like a real gun. Owners who don’t wish to obtain a licence can instead surrender their blasters to police or a firearms dealer under an amnesty to continue until April next year.
