24.01.2022 Repairs and maintenance is what we do for Lendlease Retail. Plastering and painting surfaces to maintain areas of the centre is an ongoing service, but keeps it looking good.

24.01.2022 Just finished this latest project today. Had some exciting colours to work with also. We re-painted the ceilings, walls, doors and door frames. Doors and frames finished using a water-based enamel system.

19.01.2022 We transformed the lower section of timber horizontal slats that were finished in a dark stain to this now low sheen finish in Classic Cream to match the newly painted balustrading. Major difference and lightens this whole area up.

18.01.2022 We have just completed this internal full re-paint including the external door and side lights finished in Resene Paints Sambucca. The internal colour is Quarter Villa White which has really given this internal a super fresh look.

14.01.2022 Recently we repainted the wash bays at the Sunshine Plaza to keep these areas looking fresh as they are continuously used on a daily routine. This time we coated them using a water Bourne 2 Pack Coating Duration T74 supplied by Dulux Protective Coatings. It’s going to keep these surfaces looking great and stand up to high usage.

13.01.2022 We painted this ceiling this morning so that the new businesses to the left could start trading today. The paint should be dry in time for trading hours.

12.01.2022 Today’s painting was to re- paint all these handrails and posts. We have some before and after pictures.

09.01.2022 Over the weekend we repainted this dock area at the Sunshine Plaza by changing the colour to the recent new colour scheme. Dulux Malay Grey

08.01.2022 We just finished this project in Noosaville for a quality renovation company Smith & Sons. The walls were finished in Resene Paints Spacecote Flat colour All Black to reduce side sheen. The Blackbutt timber was finished using a water based clear satin finish to keep the natural appearance of the timber. We think the design of the new kitchen and surrounding finishes and timber really compliment what they set out to achieve. Congratulations to all

04.01.2022 Just finished this one today. Dulux Berkshire White so nice and bright. Garage floor has also come up looking like new.

02.01.2022 Carter & Sons we’re engaged to apply a fresh protective timber coating to the hardwood beams, posts and decking ready for hopefully what will be a hot summer. We coated these surfaces using Haymes Deck Express Natural and it’s looks great.
