Once you feel better , try do any type of exercise, this will benefit your health . As Chinese medicine practitioner , I treat myself with acupuncture weekly and take Chinese herbal medicine twice a day for the past 15 years to maintain the good health. 03.01.2022 Have you met Raisa?! I’m excited to announce she will be joining Raw Impact for the Self Care Retreat in January! Dr Raisa Kolesnikova, has been a Chinese Med...icine practitioner in Dubbo since 2002. She opened the first Chinese Medicine clinic and is still successfully running the only Chinese Medicine Clinic in Dubbo. Raisa immigrated to Australia from China in 1979 as 21-year-old young women, she worked in a factory during the day and studied English in the evenings. In 1982 she passed her English test and commenced TAFE study in Advanced Secretarial studies, after which Raisa worked in an office as a Clerk. As Raisa had a passion to work as a health care professional, she decided to study Nursing at Sydney University for 3 years during 1985 1987. Having successfully completed her Nursing degree, she said she often wondered how she managed English language difficulties and medical terminology as a recent migrant. Raisa’s evenings consisted of spending hours checking the dictionary about all the medical terminology in the textbooks. Although there were many hurdles nothing stopped Raisa to achieve her goal. She was very determined to be a good student and Australian citizen and contribute positively to her new homeland. Over the past several years Raisa has built up a very good reputation, runs a very busy clinic and has had numerous success stories. Through word of mouth, she has patients travelling four to five hours to Dubbo specially to see her for various conditions.
