21.01.2022 Some more great Motion Amplification footage collected and analysed over the weekend. The footage of this slurry pump operating is a great visual example of poor structural design. The electric motor running the pump has had ongoing Issues with DE bearing failure. With the MA footage its easy to see why this is a recurring issue.

19.01.2022 If some of you were think we have been a bit quiet with our post lately its because we have been busy building and setting up our new rotating equipment refurbishment facility here in Bathurst, After working on the shop for the past 3 months we are finally in. We saw the need to further grow the business as our fabrication and rebuild buisness has taken off over the past 3 years and we were out of space having the two sides of the buisness under the same roof . The new shop... allows us to have the ability to carry out all aspects of our rebuilds under the one roof Washbay Blast bay Paint booth Boiler operated Autoclaves for hot bond rubber lagging Dynamic balancing 4x rebuild bays See more

19.01.2022 Geez were thankful for that white thing on the wall some days

19.01.2022 This week we were able to obtain some great Motion amplification footage of a conveyor drive that had some irregular issues showing during VA collection, Carters were Engaged to collect MA to help identify these issues. And as this video shows there is a lot of structural movement in the Skid that in turn adds significant unnecessary loads through the drive system. #cartersenginerring #conditionmonitoring #materialhandlingequipment #mining
