The first one please one before I was selling to people, so one of my very first creations 7 years ago and the other one was just 2 years ago

13.01.2022 More cake memories popping up in my news feed. This was my first cake I had made when I first moved to Tasmania 6 years ago. I made it as an entry for the Huon show. It came first. I then donated it to a local charity event where they made money off it for a good cause, so this cake has a special place in my heart. Every thing was 100% edible, even the apple sticker

03.01.2022 Today is a sad day. We are moving house in a couple of weeks and I will not be taking on more orders after next weekend... This cake is my first wedding cake for the season and my last for the season. Don't worry I will be doing cakes again but need to build a new kitchen first

03.01.2022 Well that's a wrap from Carter's Cakes As you know, our family are about to build a new home. Until we have done so, I will no longer have my commercial kitchen to make your beautiful creations so I will have to put a pause on that. I'm so very greatfull for the ongoing support and positive feedback from all of my fantastic customers and followers. In the mean time to keep me occupied I have created another business that will coincide with Carter's cakes. The first one is a recreation of a beer slab cake I had made once before and the second one is for a beautiful return customer as a suprise birthday gift organised by her daughter. The flowers on the cake are not the real flowers they were just there for the feel until I picked up the fresh flowers... I will update with a photo of the finished cake once I have received a copy
