Rocky's Creation Traditional Christmas Pudding trifle with chocolate brandy custard ,coffee jelly , lashings of cream and toasted almonds ... Kerrins Creation Chocolate fruit trifle - vanilla bean custard , chocolate cream , roasted peaches, chocolate sponge , raspberry jelly and toasted almonds we want to sell these as take home put in the fridge and eat on Christmas day and any Christmas parties you may go to .
