As you would know my notorious ‘CARVER’ workout was created to give guide to your progression. It was done once a month with the goal being to beat your previous months time. Due to its popularity with involvement I’ve decided to give it a little revamp. PLUS to make things a little more interesting I’ve decided to mix up the format. With the Triton Fitness Edition the workout will be PARTNERED! You can choose from BOY/BOY GIRL/GIRL BOY/GIRL If we have any singles it can cater for those too!
