15.01.2022 I am always looking for different ways to make pumpkin soup as it is a favourite in my house. What better way to use some delicious spices also. If you are interested in buying these spices, send me a dm or click on the link in bio .... So change it up by simply changing what Saveur you use, instead of full cream use coconut cream for a more Asian feel or leave out completely. However you have it, I hope it creates a moment for you also. Creamy Pumpkin Soup 1kg/2lb pumpkin, peeled, sliced into pieces 2 large brown onions, peeled, chopped 4tbsp butter 3cups chicken or vegetable stock 2tsp Onion Garlic Rub Saveur of choice 1-2tbsp if using a Mix, 1-2tsp if using a Spice. 3 bacon rashers, chopped & cooked (optional) 1 cup creamed corn 1-2tbsp Spiced Fig Maple Pear Balsamic Seasoned Salt and Pepper to taste Method Note this can be done in microwave or stove, these are instructions for microwave. Place pumpkin, onion and butter into a safe large bowl that has a lid. Cook on high for 4mins without lid. Remove and add stock, Onion Garlic Rub and Saveur of choice. Place lid on top and cook on high for 20mins. Remove, carefully taking off lid. Add cream and using a stick blender, blend. Add cooked bacon, creamed corn, 1tbsp Spiced Fig Maple Pear Balsamic. Stir through. Top with a drizzle of cream, Balsamic and salt and pepper. Enjoy

12.01.2022 While strawberries are in season, there is never a better time than to try these delicious muffins. Note frozen strawberries can be used in this recipe Keto Strawberry, Almond & Chocolate Muffins Ingredients 1/4 cup coconut flour 3tsps gf baking powder... 2cups almond meal 1/4cup powdered sweetener 250g/1lb strawberries, chopped 3tbsp cocoa nibs or 85%dark chocolate 3 eggs, lightly whisked 1tbsp Mango Apricot Strawberry Balsamic 2tsp Cinnamon Blend Baking Spice 1/4 almond milk 125g unsalted butter, melted Pinch Chili Lime Seasalt Flakes Method Preheat oven to 170/340. Line 12 muffin pan with paper cases. Shift the coconut flour and baking powder into a large bowl. Add the almond meal, sweetener, Cinnamon Blend Baking Spice, Chili Lime Seasalt Flakes, strawberries & chocolate. Stir to combine Whisk the eggs, MAS Balsamic & almond milk together. Add the egg mixture and butter to the dry ingredients & stir till just combined. Divide the mixture among the muffin holes. Bake for 20-25mins or until golden and a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. Set aside for 5mins to cool before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely. Can be frozen for a quick healthy snack. See more
