The aim is to eventually use solar energy exclusively and to become carbon neutral.... The pasta is air-dried, carrying on the age-old Italian method. Our factory has a unique drying tunnel that's engineered for maximum efficiency. Solar-heated water is used to produce the heat to dry the pasta, conserving electricity and ensuring that the manufacturing has a low-carbon footprint. Each day we're making a difference!
