18.01.2022 From one of our dinner party menus, seafood trio, here i used scallops, mackerel & salmon cooked sous vide then finished in the pan with lemon butter, served with safron potatoes, braised leeks and shellfish bisque. 16.01.2022 Great Dinner party last night in Trinity Park with the Trinchini family, Adam and his guests enjoyed a menu we created together with produce grown in his own garden including homemade olive and rosemary foccacia bread, spinach and ricotta ravioli with tomatoes, feta and herbs, traditional cottage pie and no better way to finish than classic lemon tart, what a great night.
