25.01.2022 So excited. Looking forward to treating patients at the new clinic 249 South Street, South Toowoomba.

24.01.2022 COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Awareness My main priorities in the clinic are the health and safety of my patients, so I want to let you now I am aware of the current COVID-19 situation and the upcoming flu season and am taking steps to make the clinic a safe environment. Hygiene: # there is hand sanitiser and a hand washing station available to patients and I always use these in between every patient. # as usual, table covers and linen are replaced after every patient and routine... wipe downs with disinfectant wipes will be used on all surfaces accessible to patients. # the reading material and clinic book swap in the waiting room are temporarily unavailable until further notice # children’s toys and books will only be used for assessment reasons and will be disinfected after patient use # treatment can be modified if any patient would prefer to keep their clothes on and not use clinic gowns. Gowns as always are washed after every use Clinic Hours: # Connect TO Health will be currently open for normal appointment times and I will advise any patients of changes via phone call, SMS or email # I normally have a 15 minute gap between patients and will be maintaining this to try and reduce any chance of illnesses being passed on. What you can do: # If you have an appointment coming up and have flu-like symptoms (fever, cough, runny nose etc) please call or SMS to reschedule your appointment and stay home to get better # If you have travelled overseas or been in direct contact with a known case of COVID-19, please call or SMS to reschedule your appointment to after the 14 day isolation time frame. During this time if you feel unwell, please contact your GP to find out the best way to look after your health Take care, Casey Fancourt

18.01.2022 Here is a great insight into what Osteopathy has to offer.

15.01.2022 Get in contact with Emily if you want more information about living with oedema. I’m looking forward to learning more ways in which people can get relief and what they can do at home. https://www.facebook.com/events/804267256576431/?ti=icl

12.01.2022 I wore blue today for Dolly #doitfordolly and I also held my daughter tight (Charlie wears blue in her eyes). The other important thing I did was had a conversation with my 6 year old about what bullying is. We have already had experience with children being mean, saying hurtful things and already at 6 she knows what it feels like to feel hurt. I teach my daughter to be kind and thoughtful and the power of both strong and loving words but also how hurtful and mean words can... pull a person's world apart. At her age this lesson is strongest at school, in the park and in person with anyone she has contact with. I will teach her how this changes to include social media when she is older and how important it is to love herself and others. My heart goes out to Dolly's family and I hope to help make the changes so our next generation understand and respect each other in every possible way so however we communicate in the future, we don't hurt each other and we know that we can #speakevenifyourvoiceshakes See more

12.01.2022 Simple changes that can make a huge difference to your day.

06.01.2022 THANK YOU to everyone who has liked and shared this page. I am very excited to start this new journey and each one of you who has checked out this page has helped bring awareness to this new adventure. I will be updating information frequently to let you know more about who I am and what Osteopathic Care can provide for you and your family. Osteopathy in general is based on a philososophy of connecting people to their health through a manual therapy (hands on approach). ... As an Osteopath I focus on how your skeleton, joints, muscles, nerves and circulation work together to improve your health and well-being. I believe in helping people connect to their own health by including in my osteopathic care not only physical treatment, but postural and breathing advice, exercise and stretching techniques and rehabilitation management. Osteopathy in Australia is a growing but small community so I appreciate and encourage you to continue to like and share my page. If you or anyone you know could benefit from osteopathic care, please contact me on 0467 781 157.

After graduating from BCOM, Mark worked in clinics within NHS in London, before moving to the north of England where he worked with rugby players, swimmers and soccer teams. It was during this time that Mark worked in research for patients with chronic fatigue syndrome. Prior to moving to Australia, Mark worked in New Zealand, first in Dunedin and then Christchurch where he worked alongside psychotherapists helping patients suffering from both physical and mental strains from the earthquakes. 02.01.2022 It's Osteopathy Awareness Week!!! This year the focus is on how osteopathic healthcare can benefit those in sport and exercise. By improving movement we can help prevent sports injuries and we can also help you return to a sport after an injury has occurred. I really enjoy finding the reason why an injury may have occurred and working with my patients to minimise the chance of the injury happening again while they enjoy the sport or exercise they love. Find out more by contacting your local osteopath, Connect TO Health contact details or on our page and I look forward to sharing the benefits of osteopathic healthcare with you.
