03.01.2022 It has been a challenging month of flared up injuries, chest infection and an unravelling of emotion... it is especially hard, as a wellness practioner and facilitator to be #vulnerable in admitting that I'm not feeling 100% ok or healthy on any given day.. but on the days that I've allowed myself to be seen when I'm not feeling like my 'best self', have been some of the most rewarding. I don't believe there is an end goal; we will all be always working on our stuff, our layers.. and by us facing, then stepping through our own process allows us to be better, more empathetic and aware in assisting the healing of others.
