12.01.2022 It took the dismissal of council to get there, but finally Casey's 'China Engagement Strategy' has been given the boot. There was little accountability with this strategy as it went from failure to failure without a review process to analyse whether it was being successful or not. At one stage it was costing ratepayers over $300,000 per year.
