19.01.2022 Deceased estate clearance at an aged care facility in the southern suburbs of Perth. The executor happily handed us the keys with an agreed no fee for service. We emptied the whole house in record speed taking care of the lot including rubbish removal. This home is now set for a quick makeover and will soon be ready for sale.

14.01.2022 aged care home, deceased estate clearance Maddington. This home needed to be totally vacated of all it's furniture, household goods and contents before the renovation of the home begins. The kitchen flooring coverings and fixtures in this home will soon be gutted and replaced with new ones before the home goes up for sale. ... Subsequently the executor needed the house to be emptied quickly. Thats when cash4goods was called in. CASH4GOODS has done all the hard work emptying cupboards of linen, crockery, glassware, ornaments, books packing them all into bags & boxes for a local charity to collect and are now stacked in the garage awaiting collection. The remaining items such as furniture, collectables and oddments are being loaded into our truck. The executor of the property was extremely happy with the result. cash4goods coordinated everything from start to finish. We supplied the labor doing all the hard work and saved the executor weeks of his own time....he even ended up with a bit of cash in the end. A brilliant result.
