13.01.2022 To our valued customers, Cash and Stock Traders will be operating on reduced trading hours as of tomorrow 24th March until further notice. We will be open Mon-Fri 10-3 in both Noosa and Gympie and Saturday 10-3 in Noosa ONLY. We will remain open until such time as Government and Heath authorities direct us to close the doors. ***What does this mean for you? ***... If we do go into a period of mandatory shutdown, customers will not be able to borrow money, pay interest or even redeem their goods in store. We can take interest payments over the phone to keep your loan current whilst in shutdown or take payment of the loan in full and happily store your goods until we have permission to open the doors again. Because of uncertainty, we suggest customers redeem their loans ASAP. You may have received a text message with a link to mypawn.com.au which you can use to keep track of your loan and make online payments to keep your loan current. You will receive another one shortly with your unique identifier. We will also endeavour to divert phones and maintain EFTPOS facilities during any lockdown as well so we can keep communicating with you.
