06.01.2022 This week we celebrated Book Week! During the week we read many of our favourite books, and dressed up as our favourite characters. Our amazing cook Sandy made us some special treats based around a few favourite books. 'The more that you read, the more things you will know. Children feel pressured to be something the...y are not and feel they have to fit in a certain way even though it's not good for them emotionally. Breathe and Flow Yoga classes help children to have positive self esteem by encouraging them to try new things, finding things they’re good at and by giving praise to the kids. It’s important for children to know they’re loved and that they belong to a community that values them. We use positive affirmations during our classes.
