24.01.2022 On behalf of casino driving school we’d like to express our sincere condolences to Julie, her family, and the team at all wheels d/s of the sad n sudden loss of a good man Steve Nixon. I personally would like to acknowledge the fond memories of Steve from when we first started our business here some 16 years. After establishing ourselves in the first few years, both Steve and Julie came to my assistance, and as I only had the one car (manual), they offered to loan me their a...uto if I had students wanting to learn automatic. Many thanks and appreciation went with those times. During these times it was when Steve enjoyed his flying and would often try and coerce me into going up one day. My response was simple, with a grin, no thank you I like to keep my feet firmly on the ground. Not long after my partner and I had a house warming party, unbeknown to everyone including her, it was a surprise engagement party. I had teed up with Steve to turn up unannounced in full uniform and a h/p car and make out Wendy had done wrong. The real joke was he was actually delivering the engagement ring to hand to me, many of the guests laughed n chuckled as they thought I’d organised a stripper. No. Sorry. Not long after we’d all joke about Steve and julie taking my girls for driving lessons and myself taking their girls. It comes with a deep and saddened regret that I’m glad I have had the fortune of valuing some fun fond memories. RIP Mr Nixon Heavens gained a great angel

21.01.2022 Another successful week. 100% passes and a double 100% perfect score. Well done to all our past present and future students. Humbled is an understatement

21.01.2022 Congratulations and thank you everyone

19.01.2022 Keeping up the high pass rates with some outstanding pass scores. All very high 90’s some 100%. This week 8/8 Such a great team effort ... Proud is an understatement

16.01.2022 How time flies when you’re having fun. Due to all the exciting events recently, we’ve been so distracted that we haven’t posted the latest news. Driving tests are conducted twice a week in casino, and we are proud to announce once again that over 4 days we had 14 drivers go for their upgraded licence and to no surprise 14/14 with 6 achieving a perfect 100% pass. 5 with 99% and 3 combining 97/98%. With this in mind, casino driving school are always keeping their drivers saf...ety at the absolute forefront of business. This is a life and death skill that we take very seriously. We know we have critics (as every business does) but we like to know we can push past these hurdles and overcome the negativity that can result from these situations. A huuuge congratulations and a big hug goes out to Anja Okeeffe for the support and valued contribution she puts in week in and week out. With glowing reviews from many a student on the way she teaches and nurtures in a gentle but professional manner we are so glad to have her on board. Anja even had 3/3 tests on the one day and had 2/3 with 100%. Obviously with such a very high pass rate and very high results it once again goes to show that what casino driving school has been doing and teaching over the past 15 years, teaching exactly the same techniques and same safe standards, it highlights the fact that what we do is 100% correct contrary to what our critics say. The most appreciation goes to the past, present, and future students and their families who have trusted and supported us for the previous 15 years and we’d like to think we’ll be around for many more years teaching our same safe standards. If you would or know of anyone that would like to obtain lessons for a licence then feel free to contact us for further information. As we always say please... Stay safe drive safe and arrive safe today tomorrow and always

15.01.2022 Once again it comes with sincere regrets that we are having to defend our driving schools reputation and teaching strategies. We’d like to again remind all our past, present, and future students and their families and friends, that teaching students of all ages and nationalities how to drive we take very seriously as it’s a life and death skill that we very much pride ourselves with. Coming into our 16th year here in Casino we have had the utmost pleasure of teaching litera...Continue reading

15.01.2022 Well since moving into post covid, these last couple of months have been sooo hectic with so many students obtaining their P1 licence. On behalf of all the team at Casino driving school, we’d like to not only congratulate but to thank the many many families, individuals, and businesses that have and continue to support us. Still maintaining a very high pass rate with 97% passing first time, its of no wonder that the most part of our advertising comes via word of mouth or so...cial media. Over the past month I’ve managed to sneak away on a houseboat for 5 days, and go away for a boys weekend, of which neither of these would of been possible without having my right hand girl Anja Okeeffe taking control of the business in my absence. If you would like to be a part of the many happy students that have endured our success then please feel free to contact us. As not everyone utilises Facebook we rely on the word of mouth spreading our good reputation. Over the recent weeks we’d like to thank the following students of which some of you would of already seen or heard of them now driving safely and independently on the road. Congratulations to, in no particular date and order - Corbin, Shakirra, Zoe, Livia, Riley, Nic, Jimmy, Zac, Nick, Maddi, Cheyne, Ethan, Ember, Maddison, Tyson, Zeik, Trent, Pat, Kai, Destiny, Emily, Kandice, Maddi, Ebony, Tamara, Leo, Mitch, Meredie, Jaytan, Alex, Nate, Zeb, Mahalia, Jess, Ebony, Ariel, Chantel, Mary, Chloe, Raiha, Rory, Isaiah, Kayne, Libby, Summer, Jackson, Isaac, Blake, Jason, Ben, Breanna, Wilma, Djalu, Taj. Sorry if we left anyone out To each and every person on the road, please as we endorse, Stay safe, drive safe, arrive safe, today, tomorrow, and always. See you on the road

11.01.2022 Well what a year 2019 produced. Another very successful year of competent, confident drivers that all successfully obtained their licences. On behalf of the team at casino driving school, both Steve and Anja would like to congratulate each and every one of you on your achievements. ... Below is attached pics of some of our excellent results obtaining 100% pass rates just in December alone. We snuck in our first 100% for 2020 as well. All of our other successful students have all achieved remarkable high 90’s pass rates. Also a huge congratulations to our most recent twins both passing on the same day. This too continues our 100% success on twins obtaining their licences with all previous twins passing as well on the same day. Whilst we pride ourselves on the reputation we hold, we’d like to take this time to thank the many family, friends, agencies, and relatives that trust our team in teaching safety and education regarding driving skills. It is a life and death skill that we 100% pride ourselves and take very seriously. If you’d like to join the many, many past, present, and future students then please feel free to contact us for further information. As we always say - stay safe, drive safe, arrive safe, today tomorrow and always

10.01.2022 We would like to advise that out of full respect to Mr Steve Nixon and the crew at All Wheels Driving School, casino driving school has decided to reschedule all driving lessons planned for this Friday 6th December. All students will be advised of new dates and times. Our thoughts and again deepest condolences to Julie and the family at this time of mourning

08.01.2022 It comes with great sadness that we announce yet another former local driving instructor has passed away due to ill health. Many of you may have either known or been taught by the man himself Mr Cyril Wilson and his then partner, Margaret. Again with fond memories of Cyril some 15 years ago, on starting up and not knowing the town, or many of the locals, asked why he didn’t advertise his business? ... His reply was Steve I’ve been doing this for many years and people know how to contact me. Well Mr Wilson, I can now relate to what u said after many years in operation myself. RIP Cyril and sincere condolences to the family and close friends.

06.01.2022 Just another successful week here at CDS. Another 8/8 this week with some very high percentages and a 100%. Just goes to show that what we’re teaching must be 100% correct. If you know of anyone that would like to join the successful team then give us a call and let our team take u under our wings and teach u the right way, the safe way And as we always say.... stay safe, drive safe, arrive safe, today tomorrow and always

02.01.2022 From 26 September, motorists will no longer need to slow down to 40km/h on roads with speed limits of 90km/h or MORE when passing stationary emergency vehicles with flashing lights. Drivers will need to slow down safely and move over to give them as much space as possible. In speed zones of 80km/h or LESS, motorists will STILL NEED TO slow down to 40km/h. The rule will also be expanded to include stationary tow trucks and breakdown assistance vehicles displaying yellow flashing lights. Find out more: http://bit.ly/slowdowngivespace

01.01.2022 It’s been a while since our last post but this time it’s an acknowledgement post. We’d like to thank our recent recruits Charleyne Battistuzzi and Anja Okeeffe for their loyal support and awesome teaching. Not only have they both had many successful passes, but they’ve also had and still receive positive and supportive feedback. In times of poor health and absenteeism these ladies are the buoyancy of success. If you know of anyone who’d like to try these ladies out, please... feel free to contact us. If you are one of the lucky ones that have, or are receiving tuition from these lovely ladies, we thank you for your support. To everyone else that have and continue to support Casino Driving School, on behalf of all the team, we’d like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts. As we continue to say- Please stay safe drive safe and arrive safe today tomorrow and always
