15.01.2022 When I first saw this announcement back in January I thought Google were being a bit 'over the top'. That report said that ALL http websites would be labelled as unsafe though. This makes much more sense - any page where you are entering usernames, passwords and/or credit card info should always be encrypted with SSL.
