The intention behind this is that, while many people may not have lost their homes, their homes are still a sooty/ashy mess for them to return to. 22.01.2022 Yesterday we had a Smoke and Ash damage clean to do out behind Bemboka. Truly devastating seeing extent of the damage these fires have created. On a heart warming note, it was so wonderful seeing nature rejuvenate so quickly. Beautiful green grass pushing through the ash, the wildlife are returning to graze on the fresh pick.... Also, energy crews were out on a Saturday, in the rain, working hard to repair the powerlines and poles. Sending all of our love to those affected by the fires.

11.01.2022 Back to business today - the best way to begin recovery is by gaining a sense of normalcy! Smoke damaged homes: Smoke damage occurs indifferent levels of severity. It may be a case of needing a very thorough clean or it could be that walls need repainting or replacing. This MUST be determined by an Assessor - who is sent out by your insurance company. If you are unhappy with your assessment, you do have the right to request a second opinion.... 11.01.2022 As you all know, we have been having a lot of trouble with baby Andrew constantly contracting illnesses. We want you to know that, while it is very hard and it is impacting our reliability, you are all at the forefront of our minds. We miss our beautiful clients and we are so sorry you are not getting your regular weekly cleans.... Andrew will be seeing a paediatrician soon to find out what is going on. So hang tight!!! We are doing our absolute best and hopefully we will soon be back to our reliable old selves!!! P.S this Covid19 situation means that even with so much as a snotty nose or cough, we can't be around people. This is why it is impacting even more heavily than it would have normally!

09.01.2022 I would like to take a moment just to thank all of my beautiful clients for their patience and understanding over this past month. These fires have put such a strain on our whole community. My own family, immediate and extended, have all been impacted in some way. We have had to evacuate, we have been poised to defend, we have spent nights away from our children after evacuating them to safety while we wait to defend our home.... My parents have had to defend. My sister and her family had evacuated and have been living away from their home for a month since the fires tore through their street. To all of my clients, I truly appreciate your patience, your kindness and your continued support for my business. It means everything to our family, it keeps a roof over our heads and food on our plates. Stay safe, fingers crossed we get the big rain they are forecasting!!
