We just wanted to say a massive thankyou to GI Jade and Glenn poppa bear for their ongoing support, loyalty, respect, love, and dedica...tion to the Body Beyond Limits family! We could really be here all day explaining how amazing these two guys are and they are both a typical male and female member at BBL. Glenn and Jade are always the first to make a new member feel welcome even taking time out of their own workout to support an encourage. They are always this first to arrive at 5am and without asking support the trainers setting up. Their hearts are true and they are two of the most realest people we have ever had at body beyond and stuck by us through some of the toughest times BBL has ever seen. We are so lucky to have people like them to recreate our energy and family friendly culture.

20.01.2022 Struggle with getting your elbows up with front squats ? Here’s some drills you can do ! Also when doing your thoracic stretch over foam roller I forgot to mention really keep your core braced, try not to use the lower back to stretch back. Even if it’s just short motions, stretching back and forwards. Like a crunch over the foam roller.... Happy stretching and rolling

17.01.2022 Shout out to this legend Alannah Black When gyms reopened post COVID restrictions, I knew I had to shed my COVID weight. I have fluctuated weight wise my whole adult life and was weighing in at the heaviest I’ve ever been. I knew that I had to make a change that I could sustain and be excited about every day. ... I started BBL and haven’t looked back. I participate in boot camps and PT. The support we receive is amazing and the different classes each day makes it fun. I have made friends and feel like I am part of the BBL family. I have lost 10kg since starting on the 15th of June and can’t wait to keep smashing my goals. Also, a massive shout out to Cassie for pushing me and showing me that I am capable of more than I thought!

11.01.2022 Just a quick post/ video on box jumps. The first part of the video is how a box jump should be ! The arms need to punch through as you jump in order to produce the most power and help open the hips fully.... The glutes need to be squeezed as you jump to ensure the hips are fully extended. Hips and knees fully extended in order to produce full power of the jump. Landing should sound soft , not too heavy. You want to control and stick the landing. Hips should be higher then the knees at all time when you land. If you don’t extend your hips fully after the jump you are wasting your time. The second part of the video is what not to do !! Don’t land in a squat!! This takes the tension off and puts too much stress on your knees , joints , and connective tissue. If you can’t help but land in a squat chances are the box is too High! Drop it down and practice . Don’t double jump at the beginning before you jump on the box , doing this won’t allow the full power and force to come from your legs and hips . Don’t jump backwards off the box ! This can cause injury and lots of stress on your Achilles ! Box jumps if done correctly increases your strength and speed ! Working your glutes, quads, hamstrings and calves ! Happy box jumping !

05.01.2022 4 wisdom teeth out last night and smashed 5 hours in a row at work today I could talk but I couldn’t yell my usual woooooo so I made signs with my most common sayings being Wooooo and when someone slacks off with no real reason I’m not angry just disappointed (obviously in a joking way) And Go Heavier ! Thanks to everyone for being so patient with me today! You guys are the real mvp
