19.01.2022 Glacier Rock is one of the favorites viewpoints for locals, only 15min drive away from Cairns. From the highest point of the Douglas track you can see the Barron Gorge national park and the whole city. This trail starts at Stoney Creek and also crosses the Kuranda railway. The hike is easy and takes about 3hs return. These are some photos of our last hike to Glacier Rock. This Thursday we will be hiking up there once again and coming back down for a swim at Stoney Cree...k.
