I cant thank enough my family and friends for the help, memories and fun times we had over the last few days, a very special thank you to Stacey and to our wonderful Sponsor Sue Savage from MAYWOOD LODGE EQUINE OUTFITTERS who have been there all season with me and helped keep me sane. 17.01.2022 Castileon Park is proud to announce that after the most phenomenal show career both led and ridden in breed and open classes CASTILEON PARK WINNING EDGE has now retired to stud, and what a way to retire being sashed Victorian Supreme Champion Led Derivative Stallion, East Coast Champion Led And Ridden Arabian Pony Stallion as well as Supreme Champion Led Derivative at 3 Agricultural Shows and Champion led and ridden at nearly every Ag Show attended and this includes the show ... Costume class, and to cap it all off the Australian National Arabian Championships the last show of his career he came home with 2 Australian Champion titles 2 Reserve Australian Champion titles and 3 top tens in both Led, Ridden and Show Costume all this in the last 12 months. People have asked why would I retire Winston now after an unbelievable last 12 months and while he still looks as good as he does, I believe that that he should be retired now while still looking magnificent and before people start to say oh no dont tell us that she has dragged him out again this show season Needless to say Im probably one of the luckiest and proudest people in the world to have bred such a pony , I am truly blessed to have Winston who is now proving himself as a sire as well, although he has only bred 4 foals for us, he has proven that he is going to be a phenomenal sire with the Arabian Pony Gelding Castileon Park To the Max being sashed East Coast Champion, Victorian Champion as well as multi Champion in open and breed classes at Agricultural shows and at the Australian National Arabian Championships top ten 3rd on points in a class of 15 yearlings and our Arabian Pony Mare Castileon Park Ooh Lah Lah being sashed Victorian Champion 2 years in a row as well as South Australian Champion and top 5 at East Coast Arabian Championships and multi Champion in both open and breed classes at Agricultural shows, and at the Australian National Arabian Championships top ten, 5th on points in a class of 14 lovely mares and Larhni in foal in this class, our 3rd foal Castileon Park Toy Soldier is unshown but is an absolutely brilliant Pony Club pony who is very much loved by his young rider and our newest arrival is Castileon Park Maximum Effect who has not been show as yet but we look forward to getting this stunning young man out and about very soon. 10.01.2022 Well I haven't posted for a while so shows are well and truely over until later in the year with Eli having another fantastic and very successful season and now I'm making the most of the semi down time, Tarrangaw Zeal (Eli) is still in being stabled with Polly riding him and bringing him on in his saddle work, so much easier trying to keep some of the winter coat at bay than having a damp pony after being ridden. We are very excited to be expecting our Moonshine Bey baby in ...October who we have been trying for for a few years now and can't thank Trudy Storch enough for letting us have Ellie to make this Bub possible and thank you to Alicia as well , we may have another one or two surprises later in the year so exciting times ahead !!! once again I have to thank Polly and Stacey for all your help, what would I do without you and of course a HUGE thank you to our Sponsor the Gorgeous Sue Savage who is MAYWOOD LODGE EQUINE OUTFITTERS who makes sure my ponies are turned out with beautiful Browbands, Rugs and accessories, it will be great to catch up with everyone again in a few months time when the show season starts again See more

09.01.2022 Wow what a fantastic Aussie Champs we had with Castileon Park Ooh Lah Lah going top ten 5th on points in the led Arabian pony Mare 4 years and over class with 14 lovely mares in this class. Larhni is hopefully in foal to Donna Francis amazing stallion Shalida Park Shogun and with what this stallion is putting on the ground we are very excited about this foal. Winston is definately retiring with a BANG with him going top ten Led Arabian Pony stallion in a class of 11 and t...hen going on to be sashed Australian Champion Show Costume and then Reserve champion Non Pro Ridden Derivative Stallion, Reserve Champion Ridden Non Pro Show Hunter under 14hh and Australian Champion Bridle Path Hack under 14hh Winston was once again shown in both his Led and Ridden by the wonderful and very talented Polly O Heaney who we love very much and are very blessed to be able to call Polly our friend and who has become a very much loved and valued member of our family . We also can not thank Gretchen Copeman enough for her sponsorship of Winston and Polly in the costume Class, the Costume was just amazing and we think you may be as proud of Polly and Winston as we are , they absolutely rode this class like they owned it and worked foot perfect.
