18.01.2022 Paloona Fitness will support a weekly, local, rural paper. https://www.facebook.com/Taspaper-114973443598050

17.01.2022 We will be around from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Fridays and Saturdays. If we are not out front by the seedlings when you stop by, beep your horn. If you want to arrange another time to stop by, ring us on 6402 3368.

17.01.2022 Around 30 per cent of us have a gym membership. A poll for news.com.au shows that out of those memberships, 27 per cent barely use it - going less than once a week. For these people, their wasted fees add up to a staggering $1.8 billion according to finder.com.au. The average joining fee for a gym runs at $1148 for one year. Paloona Fitness has no joining fee.

10.01.2022 Our Poly Tunnel was completed in March. Vegetable seedling production has begun. We hope to have seedlings ready in September. Oh, and by the way, it looks like we may be reopening on 15 June.

10.01.2022 The first seedlings of the season left today. Grow well my little Mates.

08.01.2022 Dear Friends, I am hoping Tasmania has been spared community transmission and we can get back to training. Until we hear it is ok to train again, we are closed. If you want, I will send you some homework. https://www.abc.net.au//has-tasmania-been-spared-/12082798

07.01.2022 Today Devonport Council informed us our permit to sell "Primary Produce" has been approved. This means we will soon be selling our Vegetable Seedlings from the farm at the farm. Later, we will be selling produce from our farm. Everything is grown the very old fashioned way, WITHOUT chemicals.

06.01.2022 Well.... It looks like we can reopen on 5 June If I do some paperwork for the powers that be and get a few things sorted to keep us safe. I will be posting the guidelines and procedures we need to adhere to. I am looking forward to training again.

05.01.2022 Safe, Sane training can add years to life or life to years, so can HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). Studies and articles I have seen indicate regular workouts/exercise of intensities from government recommendations to HIIT have similar results. https://www.abc.net.au//exercise-intensity-and-ol/12758978
