16.01.2022 It has been a very busy week here at CastleGate Law. With many new clients now on board, we have been kept on our toes. That’s why for this weeks Fabulous Friday Feels we have chosen to share with you how we make it through the busy days, featuring a picture of the view from our lovely Paralegal’s office.

08.01.2022 Our first week of 2021 is done and dusted! And what a week it was. Welcome back to all our clients and colleagues, we look forward to the year ahead. To finish off the week here is one of our Fabulous Friday Feels.

04.01.2022 This week, we are happy to be reunited with a very special client after nearly four years. Back in 2017, Timo Pollari came to us, desperate and anxious for his very young children who had been taken to the US by their other parent who did not return with them. The children had come to the attention of the welfare authorities in the US, and Timo was in grave fear for their safety and well-being. We applied for urgent recovery and parenting orders for Timo and jumped through th...e various jurisdictional and service hoops, and made sure his evidence was enough to ensure the Court would give due credence to the Orders Timo was asking the Court to make. Everyone was thrilled at the immediate outcome which gave Timo sole parental responsibility of the children and placed them on the airport watch list. Timo travelled to the US to fetch his children and they have been living happily in the Noosa area ever since with Timo and his family. The story, in particular Timo’s unwavering determination, made the various news outlets. Timo contacted us this week with news that he was hoping to move to the Gympie area and asked us to help him with his conveyance which of course we are more than happy to do.
