25.01.2022 Thursday evening was a big relay night, to finish off Senior State Age. What better way to finish a Meet than to race with your teammates for your club! Congrats to all!!

23.01.2022 A mixed night of weather at Zone Heats this week...rain, lightning and a lovely stormy sunset! Some great swims! Thanks to Matt and Callum for providing coaching advice and special thanks to our large contingent of volunteer officials who helped run the meet!! We'll do it all again next week. Come and join us!!

16.01.2022 As a new season of swimming begins we just want to say a big congratulations to all our swimmers on a wonderful but interrupted season. You have tackled countless challenges and risen above them all. Already, since the return of our club nights in August we’ve had numerous club records broken including our most recent record holder Emils who broke a 23 year old record in the 11 years 50 breaststroke!!! 15.01.2022 Day 2!!!! Saw Mia Craig swim her way into the 16YRS 100 breast final coming 8th and Andy Koh also making his way into the 17YRS 100 back final finishing in 8th position. Well done to our relay swimmers tonight in the boys 13-18 4x100 freestyle relay and the girls 12-18 4x100 freestyle relay! Congratulations team keep it up!!

Please join the Dolphins on team app as requested when you registered (more details about access to team app can be found in the comments section) All information is delivered on this app, especially about internal Friday night meets and any external meets. This is extremely important while we are under COVID restrictions.

09.01.2022 An awesome first night for our dolphins at the NSW State age with the Boys 14&U 4x50 FS Relay placing 3rd, Caleb Yago 14 yrs 100 Fly placing 3rd, Jack Charlton placing 8th in the 100 BR and Caleb placing 10th in the 200 IM!!! Congratulations to our other swimmers and relay teams for a brilliant start to the week keep it up!!

08.01.2022 On the weekend some of our Dolphins competed at the 5km open water at Penrith Regatta Centre and came home and with some outstanding results. Dylan, Daniel, Emerson and Samuel all produced state qualifying times. With Daniel and Emerson swimming into their national times!!! Congratulations boys on an amazing swim and keep up the good work

05.01.2022 Today, on a very wet and windy Saturday, our club was proudly represented at the NSW State Open Water Championships in Penrith by 4 of our very brave and hardy junior swimmers. Ruby, Zhi Hao, Suzanna and Emils all competed in the 2.5km event (one lap of the Regatta lake, and the distance equivalent of 100 laps of the Castle Hill Aquatic centre pool). That's a great achievement! A huge thank you goes to Coach Callum, who was there to provide support and advice (and having ...just completed a grueling 6 full days attending the Senior State Championships). Well done to you all!! GO DOLPHINS! Regrettably the remainder of the competition, scheduled for tomorrow, Sunday 20th December, has been officially cancelled due to ongoing concerns over Covid-19. 03.01.2022 Congratulations to Veronica, Elise, Sam, Caleb, Callum, Nic and Kieren for placing in the Top 5 for Round 2 of the Wylas Club Challenge. Fantastic to see more names appearing after this round, with our club captains setting a great example! Keep up the effort, everybody. After Round 2 the club is neck and neck for 3rd place overall!

02.01.2022 Day 3 finals saw Caleb Yago place 8th in boys 13-14 100 freestyle, Joel Rogers place 9th in the 17YRS 200 breast, Jack Charlton place 6th in the 18 and over 200 breast, Jack Robertson place 8th in the 18 and over 400IM and Harper Adams 10th in the 15YRS 100 breast. Well done to all heats swimmers and relay swimmers as well keep it up Dolphins’s!!

02.01.2022 Senior State Age Champs - Day 4 (Tuesday). Some fantastic performances by our swimmers today, with a lot of PBs achieved! In the Finals session, we were represented by Caleb Yago and Lachlan Smith in the 13/14 50m FS, finishing in 6th and 8th place respectively, and by Callum Cox, who finished 7th in the 15yr 100m BK. Well done to everyone, and thank you again to our coaches, Stacy and Callum, who stayed until the last warm down was completed! (the boys deservedly made the most of our masseur, who will be there at each of the remaining finals sessions).

01.01.2022 What a weekend! Castle Hill RSL Dolphins dove into SMNW this past weekend with spectacular results and copious amounts of clapping due to regulations on cheering! The team worked together to ensure the weekend was enjoyed by all from very large games of among us to getting together to watch the relays. The 59 Dolphin swimmers walked away from the weekend with 320 PB’s, 44 bronze medals, 51 silver medals and 39 gold medals!! Thankyou to all parents and officials for making the weekend run smoothly we couldn’t have done it without you!! And we couldn’t have done it without the support and encouragement of the amazing coaching staff! What an amazing first meet back keep it up Dolphins!
