23.01.2022 The reports are in and everyone had a wonderful time at Dragon Image yesterday. Thank you to Angelo and the team for your generosity in continuing to support our club. Studio time is the perfect annual prize to inspire talented photographers. We can't wait to see the final images. 03.01.2022 Wow what a night last night was! If you missed it.. Here's the goss.... We had nearly 50 people log on for our AGM on Zoom. (Thank you) We started the night by surprising Alia with Life Membership in recognition of her many years of service. During the live broadcast two masked members even delivered flowers and a certificate to her home! Luckily they didn't catch her in pyjamas or anything like that but it was still a real magical moment because she was genuinely s...urprised. We said goodbye to our shining stars Mal, Pam and Geoff as we welcomed in the new committee including Robert who was bribed with the offer of brownies. We still have two important positions to fill - Lecture Coordinator (we have a contender thinking about it) and the important position of Club Secretary. Of course we will have the full news in this Sunday's Weekly Update. Until then, heartfelt thanks to both past and present committees, sub committees and volunteers for your efforts in keeping the club running. See more
