17.01.2022 Congratulations to the ‘Pipe Bands NSW’ Blackmore oval solo winners:

16.01.2022 The National Management Committee of Pipe Bands Australia is pleased to announce its recent appointment of Mr Ainsley Hart to the vacant position of President o...f the organisation. Members of the National Management Committee commented that the process was extremely thorough and rewarding. The involvement of both Committee members and National Council was most beneficial, providing buy-in from all levels of management and may provide a platform for future appointments within the organisation. Ainsley has been the NSW Chairman and representative on the National Council for the last 5 years. He is an experienced Pipe Major, successful solo piper, piping adjudicator and currently employed at Knox Grammar School teaching their young students both piping and drumming. "I am very honoured to be appointed to the position of President and look forward to leading the organisation through to the National Conference in 2021", Ainsley said. Ainsley's first official duty will be to Chair the Annual General Meeting of Pipe Bands Australia tomorrow night (Monday 9 November). John Ralph Secretary, Pipe Bands Australia.

It will take understanding that going too quickly back to the whole tune or part will undo the improvement work you have just done.
