22.01.2022 COVID-19 UPDATE: FAMILY AND FEDERAL CIRCUIT COURTS. These Courts are establishing a dedicated court list to deal exclusively with urgent parenting disputes arising from COVID-19. Such matters include family violence, supervised contact, border restrictions and medical issues. All matters will be dealt with completely through electronic means, and the list will operate initially for 3 months.
