Our Coffee Cruise needs to comply with some strict rules in these Covid19 times We need to practice Social Distancing This means we need to stay at least 1.5 metres away from others that dont live in your home Dont share a ride with a mate We dont touch each other... We dont shake hands or slap each other on the back We practice safe hygiene There is hand sanitiser available on the sign in table please use it BEFORE you sign in Have the right change ($5 per driver) If you need to cough or sneeze do it into your elbow If you are unwell STAY HOME If there is any chance you might have Covid 19 you have a dry cough, a runny nose, headaches, nausea STAY HOME If you have been interstate, overseas or near someone diagnosed with Covid19 in the past 14 days STAY HOME If your health is already compromised such that catching corona virus would have a serious impact on you STAY HOME See you Sunday 12th July at 9.30am then afterwards at the Castlemaine Auto Model Show Together we can make this happen!!!!!!

Wednesday night will see many local hot rodders and auto enthusiasts lining the streets with awesome cars Get along and support our town escaping the clutches of the Pandemic! 19.01.2022 We Are BACKKKKKK!!!! Our Castlemaine Coffee Cruise re-commences Sunday 15th November

19.01.2022 A perfect day to cruise the Goldfields with about 75 other vehicles - the cafes and pub in Newstead did a great job - more than half the car loads were visitors to our area - welcome to you all. Next Castlemaine Coffee Cruise in 4 weeks rime on Sunday 21st March to the Castlemaine Auto Model Show and Autopia Castlemaine - heritage hot rod exhibition celebrating the art of hot rodding!

18.01.2022 We are expecting a MASSIVE turnout for the first post-Covid Castlemaine Coffee Cruise on Sunday 15th November. So we want to make it easy - our destination is Cream Town - the new (auto enthusiasts) family run cafe on the northern edge of Castlemaine. 17.01.2022 Due to the ongoing Covid 19 Pandemic issues, the 2020 Castlemaine Auto Model Show and our Castlemaine Coffee Cruise scheduled for 12th July is POSTPONED until Sunday 27th September It was not socially responsible to invite people from Melbourne to travel to our region with the higher risk of transferring infection

17.01.2022 This Sunday 15th March we cruise to Taradale for pizzas and coffee! We meet at 9.30am in central Castlemaine, cruise at 10.30am and arrive at Taradale Wine & Produce soon after 11am. The pizza oven will be hot and ready for us. We don't expect over 500 people so this event will go ahead. But, of course, if you are feeling unwell with cold or flu like symptoms it may be best if you stay home and polish your car!

15.01.2022 As mentioned on Sunday, Thursday 21st November 2019 is a milestone achievement for the Castlemaine Hot Rod Centre Limited with the signing of the lease for the Etty Street campus of the former Castlemaine Secondary College. Cruisers are welcome to come along at 10.30 am on site to witness the signing and be part of history!

15.01.2022 Things are really moving along with the Autoplex Castlemaine project with the "official" announcement of the State Government's $50,000 contribution to a Master Plan to work out how CHRC and Workspace Australia are going to share the former School site It was great to have a large group of VCAL students join us during the official speeches - we had Ned who has been helping us clean up the site who has just arranged a school based appreticeship at Newstead Motors and Ethan who... has been working on a grant application to help coordinate Basic Car Care & Maintenance sessions in conjunction with Autoplex Castlemaine! We have been working with the Master Plan Consultants and things are progressing well. Our next step is to seek Planning & Development advice.
