01.01.2022 COVID019 TRACING PROCEDURES To protect the health of Territorians, Northern Territory Government now requires businesses to collect contact information of anyone staying in the premises for longer than 15 minutes. Patients must provide their name and contact details (phone number or email) that they can be contacted on, as well as the date and time of entry.... From the 30th of November, anyone entering Casuarina Square Dental Care will be required to check-in to the premises upon entry. The "Territory Check-In" app provides a contactless, secure and easy way for patients and any visitors to check-in. The app enables individuals to self-check-in along with anyone else attending appointments. This data is stored securely by NT Health so contact tracing can be quickly undertaken if required.
