11.01.2022 Exciting news! Construction has started on the final stage of Casuarina Beach, with Hutchinson Builders appointed as the principal contractor. This final stage will see 77 homesites and nine boutique medium density development sites created. A diverse range of residential dwellings will be built including owner occupier apartments, investment and holiday apartments and terrace homes, as well as street front retail and business accommodation. All roads, streetscaping, services and the beachfront parklands will be completed by mid 2020.
