17.01.2022 For Those travelling Leeds fans this weekend that have booked match transfers via CST, have now all been fully refunded due to the match being played behind closed doors . As you are all aware, these things are totally out of our control and hope you still enjoy your trip to Spain.

15.01.2022 Hi Guys, i noticed it has been just over 2 months now that we cancelled and asked for wolfpack ticket refunds via Ticket master. Normally 30 days they say But I just checked Ticketmaster and it has this message . Event Canceled... Unfortunately, This Event Has Been Cancelled. To see if your event is eligible for credit, please check your account. Otherwise, you should expect to receive your refund automatically in as soon as 30 days. Please note, we'll process your refund as soon as we receive funds from the event organizer. Waiting on event organisers for the funds ??? we have over 200 tickets purchased over 6 or so matches and refunded all our clients beforehand in good faith, as i thought it was all secure through Ticketmaster Anyone else having problems ? Thanks Dave

10.01.2022 A message to our Rugby League family. Firstly, we hope that everyone is safe and healthy through these difficult times. We would like to Just update our situation and to let everyone know that has already booked, that CST are offering a FULL refund, NO credit as other companies are doing. We do understand, as we are all in the same boat and need of a little help. ... So please for those that have had their matches cancelled and have already booked, please send us an email asking for a cancellation and refunding. I think we have nearly refunded 70%80% of bookings already . Our booking system has been blocked due to the suspension of the season and as we all do hope, is the season does get back up and running, but only if we and the players are all very well in safety . IF and when the season does get back up and running, we will make changes to our booking system to cater the new fixture system. As a small gesture CST will offer FOC match transfers to all those workers at the NHS whom are looking to travel to a Catalans match over the 2020 and extend this even until the 2021 season. Again we wish all our friends and families of the TGG all the best in health . Best Regards David Foti
