08.01.2022 The Catalina Team, like the rest of our community are closely watching and adapting as the impacts of the COVID-19 outbreak become clearer. Catalina will remain open to service our community albeit with additional measures including capping guests numbers to facilitate social distancing aboard, and enforcing prescribed hygiene and sanitation practices throughout the business. The entertainment industry nationally has been hit particularly hard by the cancellation and postpon...ement of gigs and festivals in response to this outbreak. As a smaller capacity venue, not currently affected by these government directions, we are in the unique position to double down and help support artists through this difficult time. Every public event will now host double the talent originally billed. We will continue to adapt our operation as new guidance is provided by the government and new controls need to be applied. But in the meantime, get aboard, support local artists, support your community, support our broad network of suppliers, and help us support our valued staff during this difficult time. We are all in this together.
