21.01.2022 Okay No BS, you want results? Then you must do the nutrition work. Here is a collection of meal pictures from week one of the 4 week challenge! The 4 people that are on this challenge are KILLING it! Couldn't be happier. And most are down 1.5-2kg in one week. Keep up the great work !!

18.01.2022 Losing weight isn't easy, that's why (3 to 4 times per year) we run a lose 4KG IN 4 WEEKS CHALLENGE. This is an opportunity for our members to lose some weight within a safe motivated group setting. We support each other, share similar concerns and experiences & lose weight in a safe non YO-YO diet way. We include food plans, training programs a seminar to start with and 1 half price personal training session per week. Starting this Saturday 5th of September at Catalyst247fitness we will conduct individual weigh-ins/ caliper bodyfat test, followed by the seminar starting at 12 noon. If you would like to enter the challenge you must contact Dayne on 0404684561 before Saturday and book YOUR spot. You must also pay upfront on the day (no later) please also wear shorts for initial weigh-in/ caliper test.

16.01.2022 Aidan's progression has been a credit to him, we have started from the footwork up and now we are starting to see a glimpse of good upper body movement along wi...th footwork. These things take time, Aidan hasn't entered the ring yet, however l think the time has come. We are working on body shots with a fast tempo. Although this is a good effort, there are improvements on elbows more compact along with the guard being tighter, that said, for a young guy thats started with nothing, not bad! See more
