And why I... fu?!&$g life this type of adventure We have taken to living a life full of ease and pleasure. Why not? We deserve it! Right?? I think we need to take a quick look at what comfort and ease is doing to us. Just my 2 cents on what happens we keep taking the easy road....

19.01.2022 Is your attitude in need of a tune up? Or is it time to have another look at what you’ve been carrying that created this attitude? This attitude isn’t who ...you are, it’s who you’ve created to show the world. This can be awesome, or if your struggling it can be scary and uncertain and feel hopeless. The beauty is that once you know how; there is so much opportunity in changing it. Taking action is simple. Being determined seems to be the hard part for most and this is where people like me come in. I guide and teach and then the best part; hold your accountable. I lived through this and have worked my ass off so that I can share the skills that gave me the the power of choice back. This allows me the freedom to ask is this what I want? Is this who I truly am? If you want to learn more about how you can reshape yourself attitude, then all you have to do is ask. Discovery sessions are complimentary. They offer you a chance to ask questions. Explore this path and see if it’s for you. And no this isn’t an attempt to sell you anything. It’s me sharing my life and my experience to give you an opportunity to invest in yourself and then share that with those you care for.

10.01.2022 Are you afraid to let go of the past? Are the situations and stories of your history weighing you down? Or has this current climate of fear and uncertainty just got you scratching your head saying wtf? Both stories and situations are an opportunity. They weren’t given to you so that you could get stuck in them. They aren’t forever unless you keep choosing them. ... I did 2 stints in African prisons. I was deported by force and lost both my little ones in the process. This is important because as much as it is sad and at times painful, it is also an opportunity. Every single day I choose to use this experience as a positive and when I can’t I allow myself to feel it and then I share that with others so they feel safe to feel too. We weren’t put here to suffer, struggle or just get by. We were out here to learn, grow and thrive. To break barriers and limitations and be creators. It’s a simple process to change your perspective. But it does ask courage and some determination of you. It helps if you have a guide or someone who’s been there. Me, and others like me are the guides. We don’t want to hear your story. We want to guide you through it. Teach you to look back at it with different eyes and start using it’s power for positivity. Not negativity. First step. Stop choosing to carry that story. Start choosing simple actions every day. Start asking questions and exploring the alternative to the weight and resentment of your past. Ask questions. Explore the options. My discovery sessions don’t cost a cent. All I ask for is self honesty, sincerity and an open mind. The rest is up to you....
