13.01.2022 Another renovation we have on the go at the moment, which included the removal of external brickwork, extending onto the original house slab, new framing and new roof trusses and roof sheeting. Looking forward to getting some photos of the finished product.

11.01.2022 A little deck that had rotting decking boards, joists and stair treads that needed fixing up prior to the client selling. All removed, replaced and painted in a day, just in time for settlement day.

09.01.2022 Another project we have been working on this week. Dividing stage one and two of a major shopping complex by installing timber hoarding allowing the completed stage one area to open soon for trading whilst works can continue on the second stage.

08.01.2022 This is how we kicked off the year. The client had just purchased and wanted to add value to the house in order to maximize their rental income. This was achieved by changing around the internal framing to give a more open plan feel and also taking the house from a two bed to a three. The front external entry stairs had to be moved to allow for a relocated front entry, finished off nicely with a new front landing/deck. We stripped and re sheeted the bathroom ready for a full facelift by Tradewinds Plumbing. Some more photos to follow once the works are completed.

08.01.2022 Hi all! Catalyst is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Trade Qualified carpenter with tools/insurances/ABN etc for immediate start and an experienced or enthusiastic labourer/trades assistant also for immediate start. Both will be ongoing positions. If you think you fit this description or know someone who does please get in touch.

02.01.2022 All framing done, Fascia and gutter is on ready for roof. Nearly all the windows are in, ready for some linea board! Cant wait to see this house once cladding is done!!!

02.01.2022 Materials have landed for our next project, a nice big deck covered by a pitched insulated panel roof. Looking forward to the finished product!
