24.01.2022 ***Important Announcement*** Hi all In the light of recent events and in the spirit of being proactive we have decided to put some temporary procedures into place. Because our business is based around travel and is run from our home we need to protect not only ourselves but our lovely customers as well. ... For the time being, drop offs and pickups will be conducted at the front door rather than inside our home. We will take your beloved cats and settle them into their enclosures for you. We will also have them crated and ready for pickup, along with any belongings We may also disinfect carriers and containers using a pet/human friendly hospital grade disinfectant - the same disinfectant we use in the enclosures. We would prefer payment by bank transfer rather than cash or card to reduce handling and contact. Our bank details can be found at the bottom of our boarding policy (see pinned post at the top of our Facebook page) or we can text or email to you. These measures are temporary but necessary and please don’t be offended. The way we look after your precious fur babies will not change at all We just need to make sure we are doing the best for our customers and ourselves as far as social contact goes. We will contact all of our customers prior to drop off and pickup to advise them of the changes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation If you have any questions please feel free to contact us via mobile 0400853687 or email [email protected] Kind Regards Karen Cats on the Coast

11.01.2022 UPDATE: Owner located!! Still can’t believe it! Once again trying desperately to rehome Greyum - the now desexed and microchipped stray who has been living wit...h me for about a year. I will be leaving the area in November and I cannot take him with me. He doesn’t get along with my four cats and I can keep them separated here but I won’t be able to do that when I move. He would make a great farm cat. If you can take him, or know someone who can please let me know. See more

07.01.2022 It’s a lazy day today for everyone here

04.01.2022 A small dog kennel from Bunnings makes a perfect weather proof litter box for an outdoor cat run or Catio. And two litter trays fit perfectly inside in the space where the floor would normally sit. However my blue girl likes to pee standing up (photo 2)and my boy likes to throw litter everywhere so I modified a plastic tub to fit the kennel. Here’s hoping I didn’t cut the entrance too low
