22.01.2022 Do you know the history behind Catch ‘N’ Cook?? As most of you know, our boss man, Matt, alongside his parents, Robyn & Wally, started out in Charters Towers and absolutely killed it in the Fish and Chip game! So 3.5-4 years in they had a great idea to expand! Matt packed up his life in Charters and took his trusty sidekick, Tommy, along for the ride. The two boys were extremely lucky that Ieesha and all her wisdom was included in the shop handover. They all worked so h...ard together alongside two more juniors, Jalen & Isaac, (the same staff you still see every week!) to get the Townsville shop booming! Right in the middle of the chaos of establishing Catch ‘N’ Cook Crestbrook, Matt met Gaby and they fell in love , so it wasn’t long until she became a huge part of the shop as well. Then, we stole Dayle from our CT store and our little work family was complete. We have been in Mt Louisa for almost 16 months now and we love cooking and chatting (and singing and dancing with ) each and every one of our customers! We wouldn’t be where we are today without you guys and we thank you for your ongoing support! Don’t forget that we’re located at 596 Bayswater road inside Crestbrook Plaza and are open 7 days a week from 11am until late!
