Yep, it's been a challenge! Here in Canberra, kids are returning to school, so the days of band practice and improper fractions between bouts of proofreading, copywriting and editing will soon be over. While life undoubtedly changed with lockdown, some things haven't been too different fitting family life arou...nd work being one of them. It's one of the reasons why Catch the Sun Communications was established. We rely on an amazing team of remote freelancers to help us with quick turnaround proofreading, editing and copywriting for clients in Australia, the UK and Europe. Many are highly qualified mums with decades of experience in the advertising/marketing industry, but who've struggled to find flexible work which fits around their family.
