Ab's learnt a new dance..and a beginner (transition) waltz and we did a test drive on an intermediate dance as well...I was pretty excited to dance to the new song from Keith Urban & Pink !! I noticed its getting warmer so we'll have to start peeling off the winter layers again soon !! 20.01.2022 Hi, the Sunny Coast temps are slowly rising!! certainly felt warmer today but hey we're Queenslanders!! Not talking about footy either.. just the dancing!! We did a test drive on a new improver today.. did a couple of older tried and true dances & recent dances for the Thursday class which are as listed below.. 17.01.2022 Hi, Currimundi dancers had to get to class on a very rainy morning.. We were almost going to need a "Bigger Boat" to go home !! We had a test drive on dancing with a mask on for a while today.. Trickier than you think and now we know which mask would be ok to dance in if we ever have to... thanks to those who gave it a go with me today..Bravo !! Started with easy Ab dances during mask trial through to higher levels.. also did a mask trial during the 2nd se...ssion (higher level dances).. quick walkthroughs and some revision as well..also retaught a little AB dance that was a brand new dance taught last Saturday at Kawana called... Its not compulsory so if you don't feel like doing it you certainly don't have to..but at the same time you can leave it on longer to dance if you wish.. We might need some good eyes on the dance floor to follow as I've heard they can fog up your glasses which will be interesting for me !! so whoever wants to bring a mask along next Saturday can give it a go with me !! 01.01.2022 Good news for Kawana Saturday dancers... Originally 2 dates were unavailable for classes at Kawana due to pre bookings at this hall.. I have had confirmation that 29th August and 17th Oct have become available so we will have a class now on those dates !! Yay !! Cheers Ute

01.01.2022 Hi, Class at Kawana this morning was Ab/Beg through to higher levels.. the Ab/beginner dancers experienced a bit more split floor dancing today..my first priority is to always help the beginners during this class session and also allow long term dancers that join us for the morning to step onto the floor and dance using their skills and knowledge built up over time do to your favourite Imp/Int dances.. for these split floor trials we used the music for an intermediate level ...Continue reading
