05.01.2022 2013 Anonymous Gold Plate Judge Reports! With alot of excitement this year we have had an anonymous judge report back to the Catering Institute after being out in WA. The judge has said with the restaurants judged to date the competition is tough; restaurateurs, chefs and their staff are definitely bringing it to the top this year. The bar is definitely being raised and expectations are high . Wow! With the amount of Gold Plate entrants increasing this year we have such a high calibre of participants in the competition ready to give it their all. A big thank you to you all for supporting excellence within your industry through your participation. With the first round of judging still under way remember to keep up the good work! Our judges are definitely out there in your restaurant.
