20.01.2022 Hello lovely folks it’s Friday the sun is shining and most importantly it’s World Tequila Day! To help you on your way to the weekend here is a margarita recipe and guacamole recipe ... Enjoy!!! Ingredients: 1 oz Cointreau, 1 oz Lime juice, 2 oz Sesión Tequila Preparation: Rub the rim of the glass with the lime slice to make the salt stick to it. Shake the other ingredients with ice, then carefully pour into the glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt). Garnish and serve over ice. Standard garnish: Lime slice, Salt on the rim Ingredients 1/4 cup red onion finely minced 1 large tomato seeded and cut into small dice 1 medium jalapeno seeded and minced 1/4 cup coriander chopped 1/2 teaspoon sea salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper 2 firm, ripe avocados peeled and cut into small dice 1 lime Tabasco (optional) Method In a medium bowl, combine the red onion, tomato, jalapeño, coriander, salt and pepper. Toss to combine. Zest half of the lime and add the zest to the red onion mixture. Add the avocado to the vegetables. slice the lime in half and squeeze the lime juice from both halves over the avocado. Toss lightly to coat the vegetables with juice, being careful not to mash the avocado. Add a few drops of your favorite hot sauce to taste if desired.
