Catering Collective will be there selling our Balsamic Vinegar, Sweet Peddlers cordials, chocolates and confectionary and Grannie Punk aprons. See you on the morrow!

08.01.2022 The Catering Collective was excited to cater for a wonderful couple's wedding this weekend. A banquet style long lunch gave a casual and warm feel to the day. Share platters of whole baked salmon, slow roasted brisket, woodfired baby eggplant and a delicious wild rice, blood orange, cranberry and rocket salad, were just a few of the taste sensations we provided. Thanks Georgie and Bass for having us as part of your day. And best wishes for your adventures ahead!

03.01.2022 Another successful Woodfired Oven Cooking Class at Rosby. Woodfired Scones for morning tea, Pizzas, Roast Vegies, Garlic and Parsley Chicken for lunch and Apple Tarts for dessert. SO MUCH FOOD!! All cooked in the woodfired oven. Everyone learnt to make bread as well and by all accounts had a fabulously filling and informative day.
