It is our commitment and responsibility to you to keep a safe and welcoming space as we have done throughout this past year with Covid and we will continue to without question... 06.01.2022 Christmas appointments! To all our lovely clients, please book your Christmas appointments ASAP!! We are doing a lot of extended hours to get all your appointments in but they have gone and continue to go fast!!... As is it such a busy time of year for everyone, here are a few little reminders as we head into the silly season. Parking is busy all year round, as it gets busier we ask you come to your appointment 10mins earlier to find a park. If you wish to cancel your appointment we ask for 24hrs notice so we can fill the appointment and avoid our cancellation policy. If you are running late, please let us know. We may or may not be able to do your whole treatment, but we will do our absolute best to make it happen. Covid - our restrictions are still very much in place. Please respect them. Unfortunately no extras to your appointment. We are limited on people we can have in the space and have allocated appointments around this. Please come to your appointment alone. We ask you to please be mindful of others and our current restrictions. We ask you come to your appointment at the agreed time and if you are unwell, please reschedule.
