15.01.2022 We hate having to post this again but we have had so many people not show up to appointments or cancel at the last minute. Please take the time to read our ca...ncellation policy Due to a number of unattended appointments and late cancellations, we have had to enforce a booking & cancellation policy. Coming into Christmas appointments are limited & in demand. When clients don’t attend their appointments we refer to this as a ‘no show’ this is disappointing for the salon, the stylist & other clients who could’ve had this appointment. The salon also takes a loss when this occurs, we are a small business and can’t afford to continue to let this slide. We do however understand that things happen and we will use our discretion to waive the policy where we see it is necessary. Following this - all new clients will be required to leave a booking fee. This is not an extra charge, it is held on your account & then deducted from the total bill at the end of your service. The booking fee will not be refunded if you don’t show up to your appointment, if you cancel with less than 24hrs notice or if you show up more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. The fee is $50 for haircuts & colours $100 for extensions, chemical straightening & keratin smoothing services. You can pay this fee using cash, eftpos, Afterpay, Zippay, & Humm. If you have had a late cancellation or no showed in the past you will be required to pay a booking fee for ALL future bookings. Repeat offenders may also be refused any future bookings. Please be considerate of our small business, staff & other clientele if you can not make your scheduled appointment. We will be more than happy to reschedule and fit you in somewhere else x
